From 24 to 28 July 2026, the Giovi hamlet of Salerno hosts the 34th edition of the Sagra del Biscotto e del Prosciutto, organized by the Pro Loco Colline di Giovi together with the association I Castellani APS.
Five evenings in the cool of the Salerno hills to savor the symbolic products of the area: local biscuits and ham, accompanied by a pasta stand offering traditional peasant dishes. In the spotlight are the Troccoli Colline di Giovi, an original recipe designed to capture the authentic flavors of the area, and paccheri allo scarpariello. The event confirms its attention to inclusion with a gluten-free stand, in a convivial atmosphere enlivened each evening by musical events and shows.
