The Diocesan Museum of Aversa hosts on Monday 9 November 2026 the second edition of "Praesentia - La Via Lattea. Mozzarella, Provola e Polacca", a day dedicated to the excellence of Campania's dairy products, between culture and taste. The event is part of the project "Praesentia - Gusto di Campania Divina", which enhances the contribution of Campania to Italian cuisine, recognised by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, with the scientific curation of Elisabetta Moro. The morning opens with the welcome of participants and a guided tour of the museum, followed by a cultural session and a show cooking led by Maddalena Fossati, assisted by chefs Antonio Pagliuca (Peculiare, Aversa) and Gabriele Fusco (Radis, San Prisco) and by the polacca from Pasticceria Pelosi. In the afternoon, La Posteggia performs, with classic and modern Neapolitan songs. The event is organised by Pro Loco Aversa Normanna with the support of the Tourism Department of the Campania Region and the Regional Agency Campania Turismo.
