Libropolis returns to Benevento with a new edition of the project turning Piazza IV Novembre into a cultural exchange hub open to all. The initiative, now in its second year, invites citizens to bring non-school books and take others for free, in a free barter aimed at spreading reading and creating opportunities for meeting.
The square will host two gazebos set up for the occasion, becoming an informal cultural outpost for several weeks where the book is central as a tool for personal and collective growth. The 2026/27 edition unfolds across three time windows between September and November, confirming the format that had already garnered interest in the previous year.
Promoted as a non-profit project, Libropolis combines book dissemination with a culture of prevention, understood as attention to social well-being through shared knowledge.
