Back in Santa Marina is the Sagra del Soffritto, now in its 45th edition. Organized by the Associazione Tradizioni Antiche Santamarinesi A.P.S. with the patronage of the municipality, the event takes place at Piazza Ezio Vanoni (al Ponte).
The star of the evening is the soffritto, prepared on the spot at the food stands and served in sandwiches. A simple and tasty dish that recalls local culinary tradition. Accompanying the tasting, live music with Nico, who presents the show 'An emotion forever'. Free admission.
