The sagra “I Nostri Sapori Contadini” returns to Santa Lucia di Serino for its fourth edition, animating Piazza San Giuseppe Moscati with two days of celebration in the spirit of traditional peasant flavors. Organized by the Cuore Amico association together with the Misericordia di Santa Lucia di Serino, the initiative combines food and wine, music, and moments of devotion in a climate of solidarity. The celebrations in honor of San Sabino, protector of Atripalda, take place from 12 to 17 September 2026 with a rich religious and civil program. The religious program includes the Peregrinatio of the statue of the saint in various districts and streets of the city, the Novena, the solemn Eucharistic celebration on 13 September with the bishop and the conferral of confirmations, and on 16 September the procession through the city streets accompanied by the band. The civil celebrations include comedy shows, concerts (Nostalgika, Eugenio Bennato, Rosario Miraggio), DJ sets, fireworks and pyromusical shows, with lights by specialized companies.

Eugenio Bennato, founder of the Nuova Compagnia di Canto Popolare and pioneer of Italian world music, performs in Piazza Umberto I for a free-admission concert. The evening spans over forty years of solo career, between singer-songwriter music, folk and Mediterranean sounds. The repertoire ranges from classics like "Brigante se more" and "Che il Mediterraneo sia" to the most recent productions, mixing tarantella, tammurriata and ballads. A show that involves the audience in the relentless rhythm of Taranta Power.

Documentary exhibition on the bombing of Solofra

On the anniversary of the bombing that struck Solofra on September 21, 1943, the Municipality organizes a documentary exhibition at the Museo Civico. The exhibition, created with the Centro Studi di Storia Locale, collects documents, photographs, testimonies and archival materials to reconstruct that tragic event and keep its memory alive. The inauguration is scheduled for Friday, September 11, 2026. The exhibition will remain open until October 30, offering citizens and visitors an opportunity to delve into local history and pass it on to new generations.
