The Benedictine Abbey of San Salvatore Telesino opens its doors for two days of free guided tours. An opportunity to learn about the history and architecture of one of the most important monuments in the Valle Telesina, normally not accessible to the public.
The tours, led by specialized staff, will allow visitors to explore the rooms of the ancient monastic complex and understand its construction phases, from the medieval foundation to the most recent interventions.
The initiative is part of the enhancement activities promoted by the Superintendence of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape for the provinces of Caserta and Benevento.
