The seventh edition of the Sagra Olive e Baccalà returns to San Prisco, in the province of Caserta, with two weekends of celebration: from September 11 to 13 and from September 18 to 20, 2026. The event takes place at the Area Mercato, just outside the exit of the variant, easily accessible to everyone.
The absolute protagonists are the olive and the baccalà, offered in various preparations by the food stalls set up for the occasion. Alongside these, you can taste other specialties of the local tradition, in a convivial atmosphere suitable for families and groups of friends.
Admission is free and the area has ample space to welcome visitors who want to spend an evening of good food and company.
