The conference "Sud, Europa e Mediterraneo" (South, Europe and the Mediterranean) takes place on 30 October 2026 at the Auditorium of the former Tabacchificio Centola in Pontecagnano Faiano. The meeting analyses the role of Southern Italy in the European and Mediterranean scenario, amid economic, social and geopolitical transformations. The day brings together institutions, political representatives and the associative world to discuss the revitalisation of the Mezzogiorno. The working groups examine four themes: inner areas and small villages, agriculture and tourism, sustainability and restanza, and the relationship between young people and institutions. The initiative is organised by Fondazione Super Sud ETS, AICCRE Campania and Associazione Sud 20/40.
