Perito
The CilentoFest returns for its fifth edition in the village of Perito, from August 18 to 21, 2026, with a festival dedicated to cinema and the enhancement of small towns. Four days of free events including screenings of international films (from Italy, Spain, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Iran), live performances, cinetalk, guided tours and creative workshops. The program concludes with the awards ceremony for the best works in competition. An opportunity to enjoy independent cinema and discover the Cilento area, with the event enlivening the evenings by combining art, culture and community.

Returning for the fifth year, the popular festival Miezzo a' chiazza e 'indo ai purtuni transforms the historic center of Sessa Cilento into a widespread stage from July 30 to August 1, 2026. Among alleys and doorways, visitors can taste the gastronomic specialties of Cilento and attend music and theater performances. The program features a different artist each evening: starting on July 30 with Domenico Monaco, on July 31 with the folk music group Temèia, and closing on August 1 with Paola Salurso and Pepe Cirillo. The event is also an opportunity to discover the village and its traditions in an informal and welcoming festive atmosphere.
