The eleventh edition of the Festa della Cipolla di Vatolla takes place in the ancient village of Vatolla, a hamlet of the municipality of Perdifumo, in the province of Salerno. The event celebrates the Slow Food Presidium of the Vatolla Onion with a rich program combining food and wine, culture, and entertainment. For four weekends, from July 25 to August 22, the village comes alive with typical onion-based menus, markets of gastronomic and artisanal products, music, and cultural events. The event is sponsored by the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park and the Aiento Monte Stella Mountain Community.

Il 4 agosto, alle ore 20:30, lectio del Prof. Massimo Adinolfi dal titolo "Nessuno ha mai visto Socrate ubriaco" e a seguire lo spettacolo "Platone - Simposio" con Christian Poggioni. Il 7 agosto, alle ore 20:30, lectio del Prof. Luigi Vecchio su "L'Iliade, storia di dei ed eroi" e poi lo spettacolo "Omero - Iliade" con Gianluigi Tosto. Gli eventi si tengono in Piazza Tommaso Amoresano, con palco e sedute per il pubblico.
DiVine Jazz Festival - 12th edition

The DiVine Jazz Festival reaches its 12th edition, bringing a high-level concert to Montecorice. The evening's protagonist is the Naydenova - Deidda Quartet, with Kameliya Naydenova on violin and vocals, Sandro Deidda on clarinet and saxophones, Gian Pio Vetrornile on piano, and Pietro Cuccio on percussion. The event combines jazz music with a food and wine experience featuring fine wines from Cilento.
Mostra "Coabitare i luoghi" e spettacolo inaugurale

Venerdì 24 luglio 2026 inaugura la mostra "Coabitare i luoghi" presso il Palazzo Comunale di Castellabate, in via Porta di Mare. L'esposizione, curata dall'associazione Aequamente e dal Collettivo O.R.A., resterà aperta fino al 30 settembre 2026. La serata inaugurale prevede uno spettacolo nel giardino di Palazzo Comunale con una pedana, faretti e posti a sedere per il pubblico. La mostra fa parte del progetto "Finisterrae Plus – V edizione".
Festival Mogol-Battisti – 5ª Edizione

Da martedì 4 a giovedì 6 agosto 2026, Villa Matarazzo a Santa Maria di Castellabate ospita la 5ª edizione del Festival Mogol-Battisti, un evento musicale di rilievo nazionale dedicato ai brani di Mogol e Lucio Battisti. Il festival prevede due serate semifinali e una finale con orchestra dal vivo, coristi e presentatori di caratura nazionale. La giuria, presieduta da Mogol con vicepresidente il Maestro Vince Tempera, assegna premi nelle categorie editi, inediti e interpretazione più originale. L'ingresso è gratuito. L'evento è organizzato dall'Associazione "Paese Mio E.T.S." con il patrocinio del Comune di Castellabate.
Miezzo a' chiazza e 'indo ai purtuni

Returning for the fifth year, the popular festival Miezzo a' chiazza e 'indo ai purtuni transforms the historic center of Sessa Cilento into a widespread stage from July 30 to August 1, 2026. Among alleys and doorways, visitors can taste the gastronomic specialties of Cilento and attend music and theater performances. The program features a different artist each evening: starting on July 30 with Domenico Monaco, on July 31 with the folk music group Temèia, and closing on August 1 with Paola Salurso and Pepe Cirillo. The event is also an opportunity to discover the village and its traditions in an informal and welcoming festive atmosphere.
