From 10 to 12 September 2026, Ospedaletto d'Alpinolo renews 'A Juta a Montevergine, the pilgrimage that for centuries has taken the faithful to the sanctuary of Montevergine to honor the Madonna di Montevergine, affectionately called Mamma Schiavona. The days are marked by religious celebrations, processions, and festive moments involving the entire village. On Saturday, 12 September, the pilgrim trek along the Sentiero del Pellegrino is scheduled, starting at 9:00 AM from Piazza Demanio. The event is part of the Estate Ospedalettese 2026 calendar.
